Global Youth Summit took place from April 23-25, 2021

The Global Youth Summit took place from 23-25 April 2021. A total of 1600 young people from over 130 countries took part. Antony Jonneck from the OSZ Cottbus was there as a delegate for the participants of the Duke of Edinburgh’s International Award in Germany.

Initiated by the Big 6 international youth organisations and supported by the WHO and the UN Foundation, Global Youth Mobilisation is an initiative of young people and voluntary organisations taking action to improve their lives now and in a post-COVID 19 world.

Duke Award participants have the opportunity to easily apply for funding for their own projects that they are implementing in the Award section to help where the pandemic has hit particularly hard.
