  • Our work is exempt from corporation tax under Section 5 (1) No. 9 of the German Corporation Tax Act and from trade tax under Section 3 No. 6 of the German Trade Tax Act due to the promotion of youth welfare according to the last notice of exemption we received from the Tax Office for Corporations I, Berlin (tax number 27/678/60314) dated 16.11.2021.

  • The Duke of Edinburgh’s International Award – Germany e.V. is licensed as the national program publisher of the Duke Award by The Duke of Edinburgh’s International Award Foundation based in the United Kingdom and regularly undergoes a re-licensing process.
