Temporary Changes due to Covid-19

The past year has shown that a participation in the Award, through supporting self-directed development outside the classroom, can help young people to move forward and feel less isolated, especially in challenging times like these.

In order to allow all participants to continue with their Award even in times of social distancing and potentially closed schools, the Duke of Edinburgh’s International Award Foundation, in collaboration with all countries, has issued temporary adjustments to the programme specifications.
