Mental Health (A, S, W)

We set up a box at Brandenburger and invited passersby to anonymously write down what was on their minds lately by asking, “What is something that has been on your mind lately that you don’t usually talk about?” The goal was to normalize conversations about mental health, reduce stigma, and show people that they are not alone in what they carry. The notes we collected revealed shared, often hidden, and everyday struggles, which included loneliness, anxiety, and self-doubt. The project demonstrated how powerful simple, anonymous expression can be in opening up bigger conversations about mental illness.
